Maintenance Repair Costs

Responsibility of repair costs is dependent on the service provided. In most cases, the landlord is responsible for any cost of repairs if the tenant complies with the procedures for requesting repairs. In other cases in which the tenant, an occupant or any guest or Invitee of the tenant causes conditions in which a repair of any kind will need to be completed, the Tenant is responsible for all payment of Repair Cost. You will only be charged a trip fee if the landlord or landlord’s agents have made prior arrangements with you, the tenant, to access the Property and are denied or are not able to access the Property because of the Tenant’s failure to make the Property accessible. It is the Tenant’s responsibility to notify the Landlord or Landlord’s agents immediately if a scheduled repair has to be rescheduled.
