After an order is created, you can update your delivery address prior to the actual shipment of your order -- We do not allow you to update your address less than 24 hours to shipment. You can update your address by contacting our support team, to confirm if the order has shipped.
Please contact support with any modifications within 24 hours of scheduled delivery.
If you need to change your delivery address after the item has shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier or visiting their website for options.
- FedEx:
- Visit Fedex.com and go to the Tracking tab at the top of the page. From there, go to the Delivery Manager option and you can customize the delivery of the package (including the change of address).
- UPS:
- Visit UPS.com and go to the Tracking tab at the top of the page. From there, go to the Delivery Manager option and you can customize the delivery of the package (including the change of address).
